tonyAnthony (Tony) Colangelo is Minburn's founder and sole owner. A combat veteran of Afghanistan, Mr. Colangelo holds an MBA from the George Washington University and has over 20 years of experience providing complex hardware, software and service solutions to Federal, State, and Fortune 500 organizations.

Mr. Colangelo has devoted the past 20 years to providing Information Technology solutions to the federal marketplace. During the past two decades Mr. Colangelo has held leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, and Operations with proven past performance managing multi-year, multi-location government contracts.

When not spending time with his wife and twin children, Tony is an avid woodworker and remains actively involved in the Army Reserves.

 

timTim Swann is responsible for Sales Operations and Customer Support. A Finance graduate of Virginia Tech, Mr. Swann has 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and Team Leader focused specifically on providing IT solutions in support of the IC. During this period, Mr. Swann has processed over 700 Delivery Orders and Task Orders with a combined value of more than $480,000,000.

Mr. Swann has also assisted the government in the creation of several multi-year contracts, and the creation of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. In addition to managing the successful fulfillment of government Delivery Orders and Task Orders, Mr. Swann is also responsible for Customer Support as well as maintaining vendor relationships with more than 20 unique technology partners.

Tim lives in northern Virginia with his wife and two children.

Snooks Head ShotTim Snooks is responsible for Sales and Business Development. Mr. Snooks has over 20 years of IT and Healthcare solutions sales, sales management and business developmentexperie nce. Mr. Snooks has a proven history of success developing long term customer relationships, acquiring and retaining enterprise customers, leading strategic account management teams and delivering complex IT and Clinical solutions to the public sector.

Prior to joining Minburn, Mr. Snooks held sales and business development leadership positions with FedStore Corporation, Immix Group and MPC Computers. Tim holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, mountain biking and skiing.

stuartStuart Harding is responsible for Program Management and Contract Compliance. Mr. Harding has 16 years of experience managing IT contracts in the Federal sector and is a NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), well-versed in all aspects of contract engagements, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, compliance and deliverable reporting.

Mr. Harding successfully grows contract acquisition programs with his unique mix of skills, management experience and drive. He consistently ensures the highest levels of program performance and customer satisfaction. He has overseen large, diverse portfolios of contracts, including one portfolio consisting of 4 major Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts, and one portfolio of over 30 contracts (ID/IQs, BPAs, and Enterprise Software Agreements) facilitating over $200M in annual revenue.

Stuart holds a B.A. in English Literature and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding.
