Ethics & Compliance
Minburn’s core business focus is supporting the mission of DoD and civilian US government agencies. Minburn has the highest commitment to integrity, both because it the right thing to do and because it is critical to success in our role supporting the US government.
A High Standard
From our CEO on down, Minburn understands that doing what’s right includes not only a commitment to meet all applicable government contracting laws and regulations, but also to hold ourselves to a higher standard, even when the law may not require us to do so.
Minburn’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct (Code) is the foundation for our compliance and ethics program, and sets forth Minburn’s expectations for the conduct of our employees and others who act on behalf of Minburn. We make sure our employees understand the legal and regulatory requirement of our government contracts and the challenges they may face by providing regular training sessions on the Code and other related compliance topics.
Open Line of Communication
Minburn is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, we encourage the use of Minburn’s confidential Compliance Hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. Employees and third parties are both encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of the standards of conduct provided for in our Code, as well as a asking for guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions and stories.
The information you provide will be sent to Minburn’s Executive Management by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have Minburn’s guarantee that your comments will be heard.
