Microsoft DEOS
DEOS is a GSA-managed, single-award, multi-year BPA that provides commercial cloud services. DEOS was implemented to unify many existing capabilities and is intended to aid the DOD in replacing disparate legacy enterprise information technology services for cloud-based solutions. Per the 09 AUG 2021 Memorandum from the DOD CIO, DOD components and agencies are directed to “…transition to DEOS for cloud based licensing at the earliest opportunity or as existing contracts expire. Minburn is the BPA “team lead” responsible for processing all DEOS orders for Microsoft Azure. Currently supporting more than 300 Microsoft cloud-based contracts within the federal government, Minburn is considered a subject matter expert regarding Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Minburn’s highly skilled staff and extensive contract experience within DoD help to facilitate a rapid acquisition process and superior customer satisfaction.
