All new customer competitions and orders are processed through Minburn’s GSA Schedule Contract No. 47QTCA24D00AW. Transactions related to some legacy BPAs and task orders are processed through Minburn’s GSA Schedule Contract No. GS-35F-309AA (which is not used for new customer competitions and orders).
Microsoft ESI BPA
The Department of the Navy has awarded Minburn a BPA to provide Microsoft Volume Licenses to the DoD (and other ESI-authorized government agencies).

DEOS BPA
Minburn is a key member of a Contract Team Arrangement (together with Dell and GDIT) that received award of the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) BPA, a single-award, multi-year BPA that provides commercial cloud services across the DoD. Minburn is the BPA “team lead” responsible for processing all DEOS orders for Microsoft Azure and classified environments.
Minburn has been awarded a SEWP V contract in the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Category (Group B – SDVOSB).
